GreenMan is designed for controlled venue pilots where approved content, staff review, and clear answer boundaries matter more than open-ended AI capability.
Approved source material
Answers are built from venue-provided or venue-approved material such as maps, FAQs, opening hours, accessibility notes, route guidance, event details, and operational contacts.
Access and data controls
Pilot workspaces are limited to the people needed to build and support the pilot. We minimise personal data, separate venue source material from public website content, and review exported reports before sharing.
AI guardrails
GreenMan is intended to answer within the pilot scope. Unknown, low-confidence, or safety-sensitive questions should be handled as unknown or escalated to venue staff rather than guessed.
Operational security
For commercial pilots, we can provide a security questionnaire response, clarify subprocessors, agree retention expectations, and define an incident contact route before visitor launch.
