GreenMan collects only the information needed to respond to enquiries, run controlled pilots, improve venue answers, and report useful pilot outcomes to participating teams.

Information we collect

Pilot enquiry forms collect contact details, organisation details, venue information, and the visitor-question context you choose to provide. During pilots, GreenMan may process session questions, answer outcomes, satisfaction signals, language preference, approximate location context inside the venue, and technical diagnostics.

How we use information

We use information to respond to enquiries, scope pilots, build approved venue answer sets, operate the GreenMan experience, identify unknown questions, produce aggregated pilot reports, and improve reliability and safety controls.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. Pilot reports are shared with the participating venue and are normally aggregated. Enquiry records are kept while a relationship is active or while follow-up is reasonably expected. Pilot logs are retained only as long as needed for support, reporting, and product improvement.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct, export, or delete enquiry information where applicable. Pilot venues can request a data-handling review before launch and can define retention expectations in the pilot agreement.
